Rich Day began his real estate career in 1998, bringing extensive experience in capital markets and project development. He has raised over $1 billion in equity over his career.
Over the past two decades, Mr. Day has sponsored the acquisition, development, and construction of more than 5,000 apartment units, 250 townhomes, and over four million square feet of industrial and office space. He is currently developing nearly 1,250 apartment units, 250 townhomes, 89 single-family residences, and an additional 1.5 million square feet of industrial real estate.
Rich previously served on several non-profit boards, including the Tony Finau Foundation, the Intermountain Healthcare Philanthropy Board, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation board. In addition, he served as the Co-Chair of the World Joy Organization, supporting efforts in Ghana's Atiwa District for more than five years.
Rich holds a B.A. from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College, and he passed the Series 7 Exam in 2007.
